This professionalism is extended to all parties including realtors, buyers, sellers, or other parties such as tenants. We always want to inspect the property and leave as we found it as much as possible. We realize that we are a guest in someone's current or future home, and treat it as such. 

3. Flexible and Prompt Services: Need to reschedule? We will find a way to work it out. Need the report ASAP? We strive for the report to be sent within 24 hours of the onsite inspection-half the time required by the standards of practice.
